Two 4-bedroom detached dwelling on a key corner plot in Bickley, Bromley.
Designed by KHD, the project involves the demolition of an existing bungalow on a large site, followed by the subdivision into two spacious, 4-bedroom detached dwellings. Each home will be complemented by expansive front and rear gardens, providing generous outdoor spaces, along with dedicated parking areas and thoughtful landscaping.
Our vision was to create homes that sensitively meld with the local architectural character and contribute positively to the surrounding area. To ensure this, the design of both properties features an architectural language and massing that reflects the suburban charm of Bickley, while drawing inspiration from the best examples of local architecture in Bromley. We worked closely with planning officers to refine the scale and layout of the homes, ensuring they align with both local planning policies and contemporary design standards.
This project represents our commitment to creating homes that are not only functional and well-designed but also a positive addition to the local community. We look forward to seeing these homes come to life and contribute to the ongoing development of Bickley.
